Shitty Wisdom

The problem with most people is they don’t smell shit  until they step in it and by that time it’s all over your  shoe, everybody is tryin to get away from you.

Now you have 2 choices you can either wash that  shoe or throw it away.

A lot of people choose to throw it away meaning they didn’t learn shit but those that choose to wash that shoe tend to watch their step knowing how hard it was to get them clean.

Limitless..

The first time I watched this flick was at the movie-house.I actually stumbled upon it.I was with a girl, now my ex and we just decided to go and watch a flick and whatever.

The options were quite limited and it was either a mushy chick flick or in my opinion the movie with the better looking poster so naturally I vetoed the poll and we chose (I chose) the movie with the better poster

Going to the movies as a couple means you hardly pay any attention to most of whats going on on the screen but with ten minutes into the flick I released I had stumbled upon a gem and for 90% of that film I justly ignored most of her advances conversational or  otherwise..

Fast-forward to today and Limitless has climbed the pantheon where a few great flicks reside. In a league where the likes of American Gangster, The God Father, Scarface and a few other classics reside in my movie collection.

Maybe it's the serendipitous way I discovered its existence that adds to its personal appeal to me but either way, I love this flick and the ideas it explores.

There is no doubt that Limitless is an entertaining movie and it gives you something to think about.

Starring Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro. The premise of the story is:

'What would happen to a person who took a magic pill and suddenly became brilliant?'

Eddie Moura (Bradley Cooper) accepts a free pill from a distant acquaintance who promises it will help him access 100% of his brain instead of the usual 20%. The pill works quickly and gives him phenomenal & limitless brain power.

He decides he wants to use his brain in new and exciting ways. In dizzying succession he learns how to play the market, make some money, and position himself to make more. He finds new friends, and flies around the world to have dinner in any country he wants and learns to speak different languages. He buys a great car and dates the hottest women of his dreams. He’s charming and outgoing and well groomed. He’s everything he could never be when he was just a slacker.

"Limitless avoids delving into psychic powers or sudden connections to the universe, but rather treats this wonder drug like a magical filing system for every piece of information you've ever learned and everything you've casually noticed in your lifetime. All those History Channel docs, kung-fu films, half-interesting magazine articles and accidentally acknowledged college lectures you've ever absorbed, suddenly you can immediately bring them to the surface in relevant situations."

Carl Van Loon (Robert DeNiro ) shows up as the big wig mercurial Wall Street guru at a big company that hires Eddie as a consultant to help him with an upcoming merger. It’s fun to watch Eddie outthink and outmaneuver his way to, if not the top, then a comfortable position where he can take care of himself and his girlfriend for the rest of his life.

I've added some of my favorite quotes and dialogues from this mind-blowing flick:

Eddie Morra: A tablet a day and I was Limitless...

Eddie Morra: Well, in order for a career to evolve, I'm gonna have to move on.

Carl Van Loon: And you would even think that, would only show me how unprepared you are to be on your own. I mean you do know you're a freak?

Your deductive powers are a gift from God or chance or a straight shot of sperm or whatever or whoever wrote your life-script. A gift, not earned.

You do not know what I know because you have not earned those powers. You're careless with those powers, you flaunt them and you throw them around like a brat with his trust-fund.

You haven't had to climb up all the greasy little rungs. You haven't been bored blind at the fundraisers. You haven't done the time and that first marriage to the girl with the right father.

You think you can leap over all in a single bound. You haven't had to bribe or charm or threat your way to a seat at that table.

You don't know how to assess your competition because you haven't competed. Don't make me your competition..

Eddie Morra: There are no safeguards in human nature. We're wired to overreach. Look at history, all the countries that have ever ruled the world - Portugal, with its big, massive navy... All they've got now are salt cods and cheap condoms.

And Brits? Now they're just sitting in their dank little island, fussing over their suits.

No one's stopping and thinking, 'Hey, we're doing pretty well. We got France, we got Poland, we got a big Swiss bank account... You know what? Let's not invade Russia in the winter, let's go home, let's pop a beer and let's live off the interest.'

The most important lesson to be gathered from this flick is that a high IQ doesn’t trump hard-won wisdom:

Or as Carl Van Loon put it:

“Don’t make the classic smart person’s mistake of thinking no one’s smarter than you.”

While making money seems to be the only thing he wants to accomplish, the finale reveals he wants to use his powers of perception for good, instead of being just another smart guy who makes money off the backs of people who aren't as quick.

Gone But Not Forgotten...

Thinking of how amazing she was
An Angel gave me love
I'm thankful, to ever know a women so real
I pray when I marry my wife'll have one of your skills
But mom you could never be replaced
I'd give my life up
Just to see you one more day...

The Riddle Of Time

I've come to the solemn conclusion that time is a greater commodity than money.
Money is a function of what we do with our time.

Lost money  can be replaced yet recovering lost time is an exercise in futility.A second lost is a second gone.

Many people live through life backwards. At the threshold of youth, they look on older age with disgust, fear, and boredom.

“I must have my fun NOW,” they say. So off they go, making famine of time where abundance lies, spending their time rather than investing it.

When they get older, their future is exactly as they thought. Since they planted no seeds of talent or skill, they had nothing to harvest so their happiness starved. With this future, they think they were right because their future came as predicted. So then they spread the error by advising youth to act like they did.

Others have been able to checkmate Time.

They see it that as one gets older, Life gets easier. So they work hard in their youth, carving out a comfortable place in the world. And as time passes, their work grows easier as does their fame.

Since they invested their time rather than spent it, talent, skill, intelligence, and ability grow in abundance.

In this life, there is no real decay and like fine wine, they keep getting better with the passing of time.

Like Mike...

"I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."  --Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan was basketball, and basketball was Michael Jordan. He went from being a star to being a NBA superstar. When people believed he could go no higher, he transcended sports altogether and became a international icon. To many, he was simply GOAT, the Greatest Of All Time.

Every kid on a playground playing basketball wanted to be like Mike.

Michael was not a basketball prodigy. To most people who knew him growing up, Michael was just a goofy kid who liked to play basketball. He wasn't the most popular kid at school and the older boys often made fun of Michael for sticking out his tongue during ball games. In fact, Michael Jordan learned how to iron his own clothes because he thought he would never get a girlfriend

His life is composed of a series of obstacles, each of which he turned into an evolutionary step.

With each step he discarded another weakness, and picked up another strength, eventually becoming the Michael Jordan that we all know.

His life is a story of challenge, of struggle, and of ultimate triumph.

Like Mike, you too can be great.

The issue of money is very important, it will be a dominant issue in your life, probably even more so than women.
How do people exploit those who have little to no financial footing? :
By big corporations promising you a career to 'climb the corporate ladder' for the rest of your life with a promise for retirement packages and all. What they do not say is that there is no job security today.
Politicians are very wealthy and they did not earn their wealth through income. There is no Wealth Tax. But there is an income tax because they don't want YOU to be wealthy.
The cure from being financially exploited is:
1) Become financially literate - KNOW how to read a financial statement. Everyone needs to know how to do this. You will be dealing with money your entire life.
You will realize there are two constants in life: one is for you to make money. And second is for everyone to want your money. EVERYONE.
2) Keep open the OPTION of investing or making a business (You do not HAVE to).
But we become. stronger when we have more options, not less.
If you feel yourself incapable of breaking out and starting a business or investment, you will be enslaved to employers for the rest of your life. Just keep the options open.
3) Do what YOU want, do NOT follow the Way. What is the 'Way'?
The Way is College -> Good Job -> Marriage -> Big House -> Vacations -> Kids -> Save for kids college -> Retire.
You do not HAVE to do any of that. There is no formula for life.
Never trust anyone who tells you that should consider yourself 'lucky' even if you feel unhappy in your job, with your wife/girl, or house.
Do all the above and you will die happy.
Healthiness of soul is healthiness of life.

Dedication to the craft is the artist's most vital necessity.

No matter what the medium, and no matter what material trappings the work may bring, the artist can destroy his or her life’s work simply by forgetting that it is truly life’s work.

FRESH-CODE

This has been stuck on my bathroom wall for close to six years now.I call it my fresh code.

A positive image is one of the most effective ways to succeed. Image affects how people perceive you, along with your self confidence.

But a good image doesn't just happen- it needs to be cultivated.

Whatever the body shape or professional environment, what you wear and how you wear it is key to confidence.

It’s about wearing the clothes not letting the clothes wear you.

Build a wardrobe that looks good and fits your lifestyle so you will feel comfortable and confident.
When you are confident you will have respect for yourself and that means looking after your physical appearance.

Exercise keeps you in shape and alert.

Manners never go out of fashion and maketh the man. When a lady comes to the table stand up to greet her. A firm handshake and eye contact projects confidence, as does clear speaking.
Body language is also important.

Sitting with crossed arms and legs says no, while an open stance contributes to engagement.

In business, know your stuff. Preparation is vital, as is listening. One can learn more by listening than forcing your point.

Lastly, do things in life because you enjoy them that will reflect the man you are.
People dig that.

AN OVERDOSE OF JUNK SEX

Junk mail, junk food and junk sex. What happened to the quality oflife in the 21st century?

IT IS A DEGRADED, DESPOILED AGE we are living in,where everything seems a corrupt imitation of what it used to be, an age where the letter has been replaced by junk mail and the blissful, restorative eight-hour kip has become junk sleep, where you toss and turn and rise from your bed exhausted.

Junk nation. Junk planet. Junk age.

The worst of the lot is junk sex -sex when you honestly wished you had saved that erection for later, sex when you pumped it up when you didn't really need it, sex that you remember with the same indifference as last night's takeaway curry.

Why is there an epidemic of junk sex? Because there's just too much of it around.

Twenty-first century sex is rather like 21 st-century television -there is more of it than there ever was, but that doesn't mean the overall quality has gone up.

Junk sex is not like real sex at all. It's not even like watching TV.Junk sex is more like channel surfing.

What once kept heterosexual young men in line and prevented an outbreak of junk sex -were the mores of heterosexual young women. They just didn't want it as much as desperately,as frequently, as mindlessly -as we did.

If a boy did it all the time, he was a player. If a girl put it out, she was the Whore of Babylon.

This is what kept sex for the masses so good for so long -the basic principles of supply and demand.Even in the most promiscuous age heterosexual women were not willing to supply it with the frequency that heterosexual men demanded it.

Traditionally, women -unlike men -were ultimately choosy. That has now changed and ushered in the era of junk sex. Everybody is a slut now.

The old mating rituals of pursuer and pursued are fast disappearing.

Now that everyone is a wanton tart irrespective of gender, standards of sex have declined to the point where the average holiday shag is the sexual equivalent of a Happy Meal.

The tragedy is that a generation of young men and women is growing up witll the idea that junk sex is as good as it gets.

Now that restraint is no longer imposed upon us by women, we have to impose it on ourselves and put quality over quantity

Any man of the world knows that not getting laid is far harder than getting laid.

The thing about junk sex is that it is never, ever worth the effort. You shouldn't have to struggle to get over the finish line. You should burst through it with your blood pumping.

It is a scientifically established fact that each generation is more promiscuous than the generation that went before it.These days, the average teenager treats a blow job like an exchange of business cards.

We've all had our unfair share of junk sex. It is part of growing up, part of the process of the boy becoming a man.It can, in some ways, be a positive experience because it makes you appreciate real sex with the woman you really love.

You learn to spot the difference.

The junk sex you have had is with women whose names and faces and even existences you can't recall. That's how you know you had junk sex -it's exactly like junk food. The thing you remember most is how forgettable it was.

What a chance we take when we stick our dicks into anything other than our underpants.
Pregnancy, disease, stalkers, true love, infidelity -all those things are just an erection away, It's never worth risking all of that on junk sex.

PLEASE USE PROTECTION ♀♂

Confidence

Confidence! It has food for all your appetites, calm for all your nerves, direction for your missions, protection against your worries, honor against your immoralities, stability for your wavering, integrity for your shamelessness, rhythm to your boringness, advice for your endless perplexities, truths to your errors, values to your vacuums, which provides for all your needs, foresees all your desires, satisfies all your curiosities, amends your faults, and exempts you from regret.

Your desires are unlimited so your definitions are unlimited! As a man, look upon this rare jewel of confidence with a smirking air.

Hold it to the light of Truth and then confidence splits into three, the past, present, and future- or better to say initiator, consequences, and purpose.

Hi●Hater

To live is to fight, for this world is but a hurricane of challenges all aimed at you. If it ever becomes too much and you get down on your life, you will look for encouragement but you will not find it.
Everyone puts on the appearance that they want the best for you, that they want you to succeed. But in reality, the thing they least want is you to succeed.

They want you to fail! When you start to change your life, people will notice it. They will not like it. We all get used to placing people in certain 'categories'.
You're showing them that there is more to you than they thought. That instead of letting life define you, you are defining life yourself. You're literally fighting for life and this makes them uncomfortable because they didn't (and once they realize it, they know it is too late!).

Endure. All your exes will have one thing in common: 'They want you to fail. The last thing they want is to run into you later and see you successful. They want to see you remain the same or sink lower. Endure. All the girls that shot you down: they want you to fail. Give substance to their fear.

Endure. At your high school reunion, the ones you knew will come back with secret desires of seeing failures everywhere, even at you. Defy them.
Endure. For it is the same for 99% of the people, they get grounded up into conformity and become bewildered as their lives become more and more joyless. They will feel threatened by you.
You may even want to stop your metamorphosis by how uncomfortable it is to others you knew and even for yourself. But those who stop can never realize their dreams.

The more successful you become in life, the more and more people will despise you. No one despises the innocent Nice Guy who happily takes orders. But everyone envies the one who knows what he wants and takes it, the guy who won't be played, and the guy who manages to unite dream and day.

All your married friends... they want you to fail. They will whisper in your ear that you should do like they did. All your friends... they want you to fail.
They will confer to you that you ought to shrug off these 'ideas' of yours. "Live like us!" they will tell you.

Most people remain static all their lives. They do not change and cannot change. They are basically the same now as they were five years ago.
But YOU are totally different, for now you have improved and refined yourself while they stayed the same in their vaperous habits.

Imagine they are gathering in a circle around you and your life. They are all taking bets on when you will stop and fail. And when you do, they will let out a sigh of relief and say, "Thank goodness!"
People do not want you to succeed, especially people you've known your entire life. They want you to stay the same or fail. Their lives can only succeed by seeing you fail.

For nothing can overtake the power of Endurance! Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated failure.Endurance alone is power ultimate. So endure. We are the sum of our endurance. And we will not let others define us any longer.

G-Code ♂

The life of a Man is not to be coddled and guided. All men are called to be leaders, even if it is not to guide other men.You are meant to guide your own household, protect it, and keep your wife and children from the paths of error, defending your fruits of Nature from the locusts and storms of Time. " ♂♀

In an ideal world the above would be common practice but sadly something seems to have broken loose in the 21st century,We are now living in a world where men have abdicated their roles as natural leaders.Sadly the world seems to be glorifying this type of man.Men are receiving wide applause for coming out of the closet and find it Valiant to declare their affection & get married to other men.Fathers are disowning their children leaving their children to grow up in single parent households.

All this perversion is being played our in the backdrop of a media machine that is bent on causing society to decay.

Without a doubt, the Media plays an important role in shaping Moral Values and shaping public opinion. Some will say that, "movies are just a reflection of society" Radio, television, movies and magazines can be used to shape society's viewpoints or to focus the attention of the masses on certain issues.Off late I have noted that a lot of American movies & series will at least have one openly gay character being portrayed in a positive light. Most recently, Frank Ocean, a young talented singer received massive praise for coming out of the closet and declaring that he is bi-sexual & is attracted to men.I foresee this as a trend that will continue to multiply as the media glorifies this sort of thing.

The German Nazi's knew the power of the media and used it to convince the German public that they were the superior Aryan Race and that Jews are not human and must be exterminated. The Nazi War machine was very effective in controlling public opinion with propaganda.
Scientific studies have shown that constant repetition is a very powerful force on our minds. Repeating an image or an idea over and over again will plant the image or idea firmly in place. Even if the idea is false or repulsive, repeated often enough it will become acceptable and thought of as a fact. This is a technique of brainwashing.

The Influence of the Media on Moral Values

As films have increased audience exposure to same sex relationships and sex outside of marriage has helped to reinforce such ideas to be fact.

Therefore films portray not the present reality of society but the future society as framed on the screen, and printed in magazines.

As stated above a constant repetition has the effect of making you believe the repeated story. After a generation or two of this, it becomes a self fullfilling prophesy.People begin to think that it is what they are suppose to do because everyone is doing it.

Your experiences, family, friends, education, and the media help to form your belief system, or World View. Your WORLD VIEW determines where you stand. These basic beliefs come from the following questions: Who am I? Where did I come from? What happens when I die? Is there a God? Where did the universe come from? What is truth? What are good and evil? What is my purpose? How you answer these basic questions forms a viewpoint or your reality from which you evaluate and make sense out of all data of life and the world.

It is important that your world view is founded on sound principles & not propaganda.
Social and cultural acceptance of the homosexual lifestyle certainly contributed to the collapse of many empires of antiquity, including the Canaanite, Persian, Assyrian, Babylonian, Greek, and Roman empires.

"Of the 22 civilizations that have appeared in history, 19 of them collapsed when they reached the moral state where homosexuality is mainstream.

If history is any teacher, one must conclude that the acceptance of homosexuality by any mainstream culture tends to doom that society!

When homosexuality is finally and fully accepted pedophilia, incest and other more onerous behavior will not be far behind.Redefining marriage logically leads to siblings marrying each other or the extreme case of a man marrying an animal.

Marriage between a man and a woman is an essential characteristic of civilization, and as such is the "seedbed" of society.Chaos would ensue in the absence of strong social norms encouraging marital faithfulness and the loving care of children born to the union.

Since reproduction requires a male and a female, society will always depend upon heterosexual marriage to provide the "seedbed" of future generations. The evidence indicates that homosexual or lesbian households are not a suitable environment for children.
Homosexuals and lesbians are unsuitable role models for children because of their lifestyle.

"Nature and reason tell us that a Black person is a human being, and is not to be treated like a horse or an ox or a dog, just as they tell us that a Jew is a human being, and is not to be treated as a plague-bearing bacillus. But with the very same voice, nature and reason tell us that a man is not a woman, and that sexual friendship is properly between members of opposite-sexes, not the same sex."

"The institution of marriage as a union of man and woman, uniquely involving the procreation and rearing of children within a family, is as old as the book of Genesis." Homosexuality is Unnatural."
In his epistle to Christians living in Rome, the Apostle Paul speaks of an undeniable "law" regarding normative human behavior that is written on the hearts of mankind "to which their own conscience also bears witness." Those who would reject this law find themselves in opposition to the Divine intent for mankind, a reality that every culture from the dawn of civilization has either recognized--or failed to acknowledge at its peril.

The power of the innate realization that there is something fundamentally "unnatural" about homosexuality--even among those who consider themselves non-religious--should not be underestimated, and may well provide the vital motivation that will turn back the seemingly invincible juggernaut of the gay agenda.

This "ick factor," far from irrational, is rooted in the subconscious realization of what is normal and what is not, and which forms an inescapable part of our being. And it may be that by underestimating the power of this innate understanding, gay activists have made their greatest tactical error.

A man and a woman joined together in holy matrimony is the time-tested "yardstick" for marriage. One cannot alter the definition of marriage without throwing society into confusion any more than one can change the definition of a yardstick.

Of fundamental importance is that children can not naturally occur in a Gay relationship; they must come from outside this unnatural realm. In addition about 75 percent of Gays were molested as children, which leads to all manner of emotional and physical trauma. This behavior pattern of abuse of children is often repeated later in life, which makes Gay households an unlikely safe environment for kids.

"There has never been a society--ever in the history of the world--that has ever survived this kind of perversion." says Craig Parshall. The approval of immorality is a major step for any declining society on its way from civilization to barbarianism. When the family unravels, the society unravels.

The traditional family cannot coexist with same-sex marriage for any length of time. In the Scandinavian countries where same-sex unions were legalized about a decade ago, young couples no longer bother to get married, as there seems to be little reason for marriage. The result of same-sex marriage will be to cheapen Marriage to the point that it becomes meaningless. Without a valid Marriage contract there is no Family, and without the Family Unit we have no building blocks for our society.

Legalizing Same-Sex Marriage will criminalize Christianity!
All who will not call Gays normal will be labeled Homophobic, or worse. Churches that preach that Homosexual activity is wrong or refuse to perform Homosexual Marriages will be hauled into court.

In closing the following are the two conflicting views:

The Secular Worldview - Homosexuality should be accepted and taught as normal. What goes on in privacy between two consulting adults is nobody elses business, including the government. Gays should have equal rights as other members in society, including Same-Sex Marriage. Discrimination for sexual preference should be un-Constitutional. Sex is OK outside of marriage, with homosexual partners.

Many in the Gay movement say that sex with children is OK and should be legalized.
The Christian Worldview - Homosexuality is a sin as declared by God of the Bible. Marriage is only defined as a union between one Man and one Woman. Our society will be in grave danger of collapse if Homosexuality becomes an accepted norm by legalizing Same-Sex Marriage. Legalizing SIN well bring the strong judgment from God.

Einstein states that what we observe is Relative to our viewpoint. In the end it's a free World and everyone is entitled to their own point of view.

Flow

The flow isn’t like time, it’s like life. It’s like a heartbeat or the way you breathe, it can jump, speed up, slow down, stop, or pound right through like a machine. If the beat is time, flow is what we do with that time, how we live through it. The beat is everywhere, but every life has to find its own flow.

I feel like we—rappers, DJs, producers—were able to smuggle some of the magic from the dying civilization of the 60s' & 70s' out in our music and use it to build a new world.

We were kids without fathers, so we found our fathers on wax and on the streets and in history, and in a way, that was a gift:

We got to pick and choose the ancestors who would inspire the world we were going to make for ourselves. That was part of the ethos of that time and place, and it got built in to the culture we created.

Rap took the remnants of a dying society and created something new. Our fathers were gone, usually because they just bounced, but we took their old records and used them to build something fresh.

Casino stands out as one of my favourite flicks of all time.Robert De Niro, portrays the character of Sam (Ace) Rothstein a professional gambler who is contracted to be a front man for the mob in the management of a casino.

During the height of his managerial career, Sam meets his future wife, Ginger, (played by Sharon Stone) While Sam pays for her lifestyle and vices, she maintains a relationship with her former boyfriend who happens to be a con man.

There's a quote from the movie that caught my ear as Sam narrates the sad story of his broken relationship with his estranged wife.

Ace Rothstein: [voice-over]
"When you love someone, you've gotta trust them. There's no other way. You've got to give them the key to everything that's yours. Otherwise, what's the point? And for a while, I believed, that's the kind of love I had. "
The insight from this statement leads me to ask the question, is it possible to find a woman who's both trustworthy and beautiful because essentially when there's no trust there's no point. Its a question I ask myself every time I'm entering a relationship or contemplating one and effectively that is my elimination criterion. I play this little scene in my head every-time.

I guess you've gotta take a plunge and wet your beak to find out but as I've observed.Finding that one trustworthy woman is like hunting a Unicorn. The pursuit of a mythical elusive creature. As King Solomon Said:

"While I was still searching but not finding--I found one virtuous [upright] man among a thousand, but not one virtuous [upright] woman among them all ."

I guess we'll never know, Its a zero sum game, gotta roll the dice and hope for the best.

2008. In many ways stands out as one of the most important years of my life and essentialy the most important year for my future,It was foundational and transformational. My Personal growth was both evolutionary and revolutionary. It was a love affair with something epic.

In 365 days I fell in love, got heart broken, moved onwards dated some really gorgeous beauties and somewhere in that crazy cycle I found God..Truly connecting with God on a spiritual level that I haven't managed to match to this day..

This also coincided with some really tough decisions that I made with great conviction mostly because my soul was in sync with the Almighty and not in a religious sense.

Those were Epic times and I came into my own, in short I found my voice,I was unflappable ,

At that time I was in Buluwayo at NUST in college and was renting a crib with some other fellas that introduced me to a little thing called entrepreneurship, the concept of business which I fell in love with it instantly. There were nights I couldn't sleep just thinking of the infinite possibilities and if memory serves me correctly I penned my 1st business plan in less than an hour all ten pages of it.

Soon as I realized that the girl I was dating then wasn't G for it I quickly dropped her with the 1st challenge in the relationship cause I realised I was going to be in business for life and didn't need any discouragement early on.With the 1st cash that I got I started my own corporation Christianed it Blue York inspired by the Blue-Magic sold by Frank Lucas(Denzel Washington 's character) in the Movie American Gangster(probably my greatest movie of all time) and the business concepts in that flick are still the cardinal point in my business tactics.

I started a little project naive as fuck, rough around the edges essentialy with the quest to be a M.A.D.E man. With just my faith and intuition I set out on my life path.I had found my voice and most importantly I had fully devoted my life to building a business and turning it into an Empire.

Now its 2012 and I've held on to my dream.I'm quite seasoned to say the least, more experienced, no longer rough around the edges and most importantly I'm much WISER.

There is nothing more invaluable than experience and with that under my belt I'm gunning for the Holy Grail. The past couple of years haven't been without their challenges cause at times the tunnel vision gets too intense and you have to shelter yourself from hate and criticism.

That takes real strength of character which is something I work on daily.

My people skills have improved exponentially. My effectiveness has taken quantum leaps.I can handle pressure.I'm very fluid and can deal with any and all types of people. My delegations work and I've managed and led people significantly older than me.

I can ride out just about any crisis and there's no fear in me anymore and I can read and size people up quickly and make quick decisions.

I'm always gunning for synergy or win win.In short I'm a transitioned being and I'm just about ready for lift off.

Its been a longtime coming but right now more than ever I feel like I'm in the best place mentally just like I was in 2008.I'm 24 hours from greatness and still manage to keep my sh*t humble. And most importantly : I did it my way.

The next couple of months are going to be challenging as I make a move to launch my business full surface but it won't be anything I can't handle...I'm in god mode and I pray God will bathe me in all his splendour Graceously.

It's been a tough transition but I have stayed faithful and God has reciprocated.

Indeed the most exciting thing about Entrepreneurship is the idea of cutting yourself loose from the rules and low ceilings of the straight 9-5 world.I'm not a slave to the rat race.

I hope my own vision and actions can significantly improve the prospects of my struggling country Zimbabwe and create hope and employment for many people. If I can achieve this then I'm confident I will die without regret. For me its not just about cashing in on my ideas but leaving a lasting legacy and something that will live long after I die..If I do that then I'm a M.A.D.E man and I'm sure my Mom would be proud.

GREAT RAP

Great rap should have all kinds of unresolved layers that you don’t necessarily figure out the first time you listen to it.

Instead it plants dissonance in your head.

You can enjoy a song that knocks in the club or has witty punch lines the first time you hear it.

But great rap retains mystery. It leaves shit rattling around in your head that won’t make sense till the fifth or sixth time through. It challenges you. Which is the other reason hip-hop is controversial: People don’t bother trying to get it. The problem isn’t in the rap or the rapper or the culture. The problem is that so many people don’t even know how to listen to the music.

Niggaz In Paris-Decoded...

The Origin of the term "Cray" from the "Niggas In Paris Single· Is actually not a shortened form of ' crazy",nor is it ·cray"it's actually "Kray·. It's in reference to the schizophrenic twins Ronald and Reginald Kray ...The Kray twins who were the crime lords of London in the 50's and 60's..The police failed to locate them on numerous occasions, which is where the line "ball so hard, muthafuckas wanna find me,that shit Kray.
